You – and anyone else who likes to run in a great climate, overlooking a gorgeous rich blue lake and through cool tunnels.

We all have a little saint and a little sinner in us. Come find out what you are made of.

This is a steady downhill race perfect for first time runners, as well as those looking to improve their time. Fun to be had includes saints and sinners aid stations and heaven and heck finish lines. Additionally, there will be an optional costume contest for those whose appetite for competition isn’t satisfied by running alone… or for those looking for an excuse to bust out that hot eighties windbreaker, princess tiara and sash combo or simply neon tights hiding in your closet. To wrap it up, party in Vegas and try to pretend that, what happens in Vegas… won’t be obvious when you try to use stairs… or sit… or walk…

This destination race starts right outside of Las Vegas, Nevada in beautiful Boulder City. It descends from Bootleg Canyon Park down into Lake Mead National Park where it finishes on the beach. This breathtaking course is perfect for beginners, as well as those looking to best their time. The Saints and Sinners half Marathon is primarily downhill on paved bike trails. Most of the course follows Lake Mead’s Historic Railroad Tunnel Trail on the mountainside above the lake. The trail includes a series of five tunnels constructed in 1931 where runners can cool off in the shade as they experience a taste of history. It then descends two more miles down to Lake Mead’s Event Beach for the finish line festivities.

We ask, why not? Escape for a weekend and get your old college buddies, girlfriends, long distant beaus, far away relatives – whoever – to train and race together.

Flying solo these days? Find out where that perfect running partner has been hiding all this time, or at least meet other cool like-minded people during the race festivities. Did we mention the beautiful, downhill course and awesome location yet?
